We all face moments where a choice must be made.

Sometimes it feels like chance.
Today, we believe there was something greater gently guiding our way.

I graduated from the renowned Kolding School of Design and began my career as a fashion designer in Copenhagen - one of the most vibrant and creative cities in the world. Life was unfolding exactly as planned.
Until, somewhere high above the clouds on an intercontinental flight, the unexpected happened.

I met my husband. What followed was not a simple decision, but a leap into the unknown. Stay in the life I had built, or follow something I could not fully explain? Copenhagen or Bern. Career or love. In the end, it didn’t feel like a choice at all.

It felt like being called. I packed my bags and moved to Bern - trusting that fulfillment and meaning were waiting on the other side.Not long after, another door opened - one I never saw coming. I became the owner of a store:
cph, inspired by Copenhagen.

A new beginning, unplanned and undeniable. It was one of those moments that quietly rearrange your life, where you realize that not everything is in your hands. God, it turns out, has His own plans - and they are often more imaginative than our own. For years, my life became a rhythm between two worlds. During the week, I stood in the store, building something from the ground up. On Sundays, I stepped into parish life, supporting my husband in the joys and sorrows of the village community where he served as vicar. It was a life of creation and care, fashion and faith, solitude and community. And it all belonged together.Then came another unexpected turn - one that changed everything once again. My husband left parish work to found cph Zurich. What began as separate paths suddenly merged into one shared vision. We became not only husband and wife, but also partners in building something deeply personal. Two lives, two callings, woven into one. Out of this new chapter, something long waiting within me began to take shape. I started designing my own collection.

I called it KLÆR - simply, clothing. But behind the simplicity lies intention: pieces created with honesty, clarity, and care. Johnson and I work with passion and commitment to create something entirely our own - something that reflects not just style, but story. In cph, you will find a carefully curated selection of labels from Denmark and beyond. Each piece is chosen with purpose. Each brand reflects what we believe in: exceptional quality, timeless beauty, and value that goes beyond the material.

Looking back, it is clear that none of this unfolded exactly as planned. There were turns I did not anticipate, risks I did not fully understand, and moments that felt nothing short of miraculous.
